These black and white abstractions arise from a need for stillness. Working without colour allows me to quieten my surroundings and reconnect with a steadier inner rhythm. The camera becomes a way to slow my thoughts, reducing scenes to texture, tone, and simple gestures of light. In creating these images, I carve out spaces where chaos softens and attention becomes calm again. Each photograph is both a record of looking and a form of self-care. A small act of grounding.
